The bot provides Discord server utilities including automatic file security analysis, file conversion, support ticket management, creator publication workflows, and server administration features.

Depending on the features enabled by a Discord server administrator, discord,bot may process:

For example, when automatic file scanning is enabled for a Discord channel, the bot processes supported files and related message information so that files shared by users can be automatically analyzed for security risks.
The bot does not use Discord message content for advertising.

When automatic file scanning is enabled, supported files may be transmitted to RatScan for security analysis.

The application periodically removes certain records after they are no longer required.
Closed or deleted ticket records and their dependent transcripts may remain in local application storage for up to approximately 90 days after closure or deletion.
Some technical and audit records may be retained for longer periods where necessary for service operation, abuse prevention and security.
Deletion from discord,bot’s own storage does not automatically remove information independently retained by Discord, RatScan, PackHub, server administrators or other services.
Stored application data is protected using technical and access-control measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or modification.
The infrastructure used to operate discord,bot uses encrypted storage for data at rest.
Sensitive application credentials such as bot tokens and OAuth client secrets are protected separately.
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with them.
